What is the benefit of joining TradeFace as a Tradee/Contractor? |

The benefits are many, but immediately you will be able to network with other tradees/contractors. You might be able to 'hook up' and work together; for example, a labourer, might contact a builder, a painter might share jobs with an interior decorator. The options are many. Your imagination is the limit.

What is the benefit of joining TradeFace as a Customer? |

As a customer, you will always have at your fingertips a tradesman to help you with any trade need you could possibly have. You will be able to see the tradee's face before he arrives, you can contact the tradee and get an online quote. The best thing is you can add tradees as a buddy or a favorite. So your favorite tradee's details will never be too far away! There will also be competitions for you to enter to win fabulous prizes. So sign up and join our TradeFace community. |

How do i change my password ? |

If you are able to log in to your account, go to the settings menu (in the green bar) then click on it on the right of the screen you will see a box with heading Change Password .
Enter your new password , and confirm your new password in the box below , finally click update and your password will be updated. If you have forgotten your password, try to log in with what you can remember. When it fails, click the FORGOT PASSWORD link. It will be emailed to you based on the username you put in. If that fails, contact us at info@findatradee.com.au and we'll sort you out. |
